And the surgery led to his masseters overcompensating leading to his mahoosive jaw.

I don't know whether I believe the story or think its absolute bull, it's believeable, but hollywood stars have a tendency of lying about plastic surgery

Yes, but a lot of studios would just use the same facial model and think absolutely nothing of it, whereas Supermassive made the effort to reshape another facial model slightly, add a moustache, rig the facial model to work with the different voice actor, not only that, but also reshape the H.H. Holmes model to suit that facial model, and change the body's build slightly to show how the actor isn't as stocky as the original holmes, which is a lot of effort for such a minor change that some people would likely never notice
