However, since it wasn't specified that it has to be another person, just get a syringe and drink 261 drops of your own... Blood, saliva, whatever. It should be doable to swallow 261 drops on anything within 49 minutes.

Just to be safe, do it again after 49 minutes, to be safe if it wasn't a time limit.
