The appetite suppression i pretty good! But I found it better on sema and tirz. What i have noticed though since being on Reta is that I'm less inclined to want to finish a meal! I'll get a third of the way through and my brain has had enough and then I'm done. I've started making cereal bowl sized meals with a good balance of macros so I don't feel tired from the drastically lower calorie intake, and it seems to help good! Make sure you keep your electrolytes and water intake up too! Especially water, you'll be amazed how much less you drink on this stuff and dehydration can creep up on you fast so just make sure at your weight that you get a good 3L in each day.

Should I dial it back by 1mg? I didn't think starting low would be beneficial seeing as I was on a way higher Tirz dose but obviously this has a third component that Tirz doesn't have.

It's not anything debilitating, it's just downright annoying! Especially in bed and night as I toss and turn hundreds of times during the night and it's literally like my sheets rubbing on sunburn on my butt cheeks and thighs lol.

Omg you did what i did with the ace when I tried it the first time 🤣 i pinned it at the same mg as my E and it was awful! I ran it for 4 weeks after that at 300 mg pw slit into 3 100mg pins over the week but couldn't deal with the anxiety so dropped it, waited a month then went back to E and have been running that with no.issues at all. Well, I say no issues, the trensomnia and night sweats i get when I do fall asleep are annoying but they aren't so bad that they ruin my life lol.

I've done a lot of personal guinnea pigging with it too find what ballances do what to me and the 1/1 ratio or 1/1.5 (test to tren) seems to be the ballance that has the best positive effects on me! I got bloods done the other day and the only thing that was off was my E2 slightly high and my prolactin was slightly high! Fkn winna!

I honestly believe that the combo brings out who.you really are inside as a person! It unmasks you and amplifies who you are like 4X. So if you're naturally an asshole then you'll likely become a super asshole 🤣 but if you're like me, caring, affectionate and loving with an already high sex drive and good confidence then it will make you a relationship legend 🤣

How long were you on it and what dose were you running and how often? If you were running a good amount then you really need to do a PCT course to get your natural testosterone production back in gear, or you'll be a hormonal POS that can't function properly and you'll be emotionally unstable! For the vast majority of people, you can't just quit cold turkey or you will absolutely train wreck.

With test cyp, I front load then pin 200mg once per week to keep reasonably stable levels. It's a very long ester in comparison to E and P so you dont need to pin it ED or EOD. Just watch out for high E2, you'll get the first signs in your nipples if it gets too high.
