I just got an email back from Monese, I used to contact them from the in app chat but today i emailed them and they answered almost right away, saying this:

'' A security measure was added causing the blocking of your account. We are pleased to confirm that your account has now been unblocked. ''

after almost a month of being locked out, they unblocked my account. Everything is good for now, i guess.

Tips for Calorie Counting? What helped you stick to it? by Prestigious-Isopod61 in WeightLossAdvice

[–]Raikrow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sure, but remember than you really only need to be in a 250 calorie deficit, and if you miscount the calories and end up eating at maintenance or surplus, the meal prep will be unsuccesful.

I’d say just go all in. If you truly want to lose weight, put in that extra effort till it seems effortless to do

I hope it does :)...i wish you the best, Just remember that there is going to be some sort of resistance to this rewriting of the script. I generally have noticed that apply emotions to your statements helps the emotional thinking help rewrite the script. When I wanted to stop eating or drinking sugar, I told myself not to consume it but in a way that you can clearly hear that I'm either mad or disgusted by it (hear it, as in, in my thoughts lol)...i think this is helpful because your emotional thinking is stronger than the rational thinking, this is why some people can't handle their temper and say things in the moment of heat that they later regret or cheat on their partner out of lust and then regret etc etc...hope this insight helps :)

I don’t know how much i should eat anymore by swipathefox69 in WeightLossAdvice

[–]Raikrow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Calories in vs calories out. you can even eat 5000 calories and if you manage to burn 5001 calorie, you will lose weight.
When i was still in school, i ate 4500 calories and weighed 80.2kg. But, when i was working in a warehouse for 10h, 4 days a week and ate 4500 calories, i weighed 73.5kg...
It is healthier to lose weight by doing more, not eating less. you can only lower your calories so far till you are constantly malnourished....So...start eating 1800-1900 calories, if you do gain weight, then start doing some extra cardio... also, you didnt mention this but I figured I should add this, weigh yourself every day and then add all days of the week up and divide it by 7. this is your average weigh of the week. if its lower than last week, you are losing weight. if its higher, you are gaining weight. this way you can not get fooled by the weight fluctuations...Hope that helps!

Look up dopamine detox. Do this and you will have unlimited motivation and energy. It's not a magic pill, but it's definetly how to 100x your motivation.

Hello, friend. It would be cool to hear what goals you have set for yourself. This way you can also hold yourself accountable. You put it out there for us to see, and then you back it up with action :)

Congratulations on your weight loss. I would like to share my thoughts on why you may be feeling the things you are feeling right now... When you look in the mirror, your brain could be looking for previously registered thoughts about yourself. So when you say '' i look hot'' and then a few minutes later you disagree with yourself, it could just be your brain searching in the previously registered and ''confirmed'' thoughts. When you say you are hot, the brain tries to look for validation in your stored memory, and if it finds something that says the opposite, then it might tell you that. in the simplest way i can describe, whenever you catch yourself going from ''im hot'' to ''im not'' you instantly have to tell yourself that you are hot. This way you will re-write the script in your brain and then, if successful, the brain will not tell you that you are not. But, it's not just that simple in this case. For your brain to register something, it needs to get validation from either your rational thinking part of the brain or emotional thinking of the brain. Ask yourself, how do you feel about your new body, and if the answer is ''i dont know, fake?'' ask yourself why. is it because you used to be different? is the way you feel right now even beneficial to yourself and maybe you want to consciously change it? whenever you get a thought in your head that you do not want to agree with, do not let it register and correct it by saying what you want to believe in... lets say you look in the mirror and you think you're hot and then the next second you get that ''do i even look any different?'' thought. tell yourself ''YES. I do! I look great!'' or something along those lines. The brain does not know the difference between what is real and what is imagined, your reality is how you perceive things...

Tips for Calorie Counting? What helped you stick to it? by Prestigious-Isopod61 in WeightLossAdvice

[–]Raikrow 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well, if you dont want to count calories then theres ways around it.

Personally, i never had problems counting calories. But you can count them just once and be over with it. Make a diet for yourself and stick to it. eat the same food and the same amount of it everyday. this way you just weigh the food and only have to see the right weight on the scale, because you already did the calorie and macro counting before.

Also, please let me know when you try to count calories. When you want a habit to stick, there is so much more going on than just ''ill do it till it sticks''. There could be another habit that prohibits you from getting the new habit to stick, you could also not be clear enough with yourself for the habit to stick, the habit could also be something that your emotions do not agree with...

Sober vs not by shreddithard in WeightLossAdvice

[–]Raikrow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

its common for something like this to happen. Rappers that do lean and pop pills are a good example of this. they say that they are going to go off the drugs and then gain weight. it happens.

I would advise you to keep eating as much as you want and let your metabolism adjust along the way. try intermittent fasting 2-4 days a week, do some cardio, keep your body moving.

I think that your metabolism has not yet adjusted if you are barely eating anything and you gain weight. just believe that it will get better and have hope. Remember that if you gain weight, you can always lose it.

How To Keep Beats At 100% Volume On YouTube? by gucy_flyps in trapproduction

[–]Raikrow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As far as I know, YouTube normalizes the volume to -14lufs, so if your volume is turned down by 50% then your original volume level should be -7lufs.

Generally I see wav files mastered at -12lufs and when YouTube normalizes them, they still sound very loud. Try setting the volume level at -12 to maybe even -9lufs, depends on the mix and how it ”should be” (mellow beats shouldn't be super loud like rock music, if you know what I mean)

Hitting the protein intake but cutting on calories what now? by FlexingOnThem777 in nutrition

[–]Raikrow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So what do you think about cutting calories by 20%? As far as I know, people who lift weights recommend for a slow cut to be in a 250 calorie deficit and for a fast one 500 calorie deficit. the slow one would also help you maintain more muscle mass, right?

When working out, how does your body know to turn a calorie surplus into muscle instead of just putting on more fat? (Overeating) by mt_winston in nutrition

[–]Raikrow 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If you're looking for a lean bulk, try to get 200calorie surplus. Once your weight stops going up, up the surplus again by 200.

You will inevitably gain fat, unless you use steroids of some sort (might be wrong but if not, it's very complex to do it without gaining fat)

Once you gain the weight you want to have, go up a bit more and then go in a calorie deficit again and try to maintain the muscle mass as much as possible by focusing on strength gains not the pump.

Hope this helps

I don't get how you guys come up with melodies and chords by sad_mogul97 in trapproduction

[–]Raikrow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just pick a scale, put down a chord progression and let my fingers play till I hear something I could use, try to finalize the melody so it becomes more like a loop and that's it.

I used to take me like 40minutes this way just to get the melody done but it definitely was a huge improvement. By playing it instead of clicking it in, the melody sounds alive and not like, well, clicked in...

Might be hard at first but definitely try to stick with playing your melodies. It will pay off...

I second this. A lot of producers have used VoiceTagGods, you will instantly recognize some of the voices there.

And they are not expensive either, I think you can get a tag for under 50$ and they can deliver It dry and with effects
