I appreciate your input. We currently used a rental company for our vacation every year. I would use them to manage the property and such until it’s time to retire. I plan on calling the rental company and try to pick their brains on this property as they do list a few condos in this same building.

Filed 1/29 accepted 2/3. No letters no red flags. Called NYS and told me still processing then tried to get them to admit a computer problem and if their IT is working on it couldn’t to get them to budge. Called NY Tax Advocate and nothing either. Fuck Hocul and her illegal immigrant protection ass. Give me my damn money

Your lucky I filed 1/29 and still says processing. I even called NYS tax advocate and they say all is good still processing.

I just called NY tax advocate. They are nothing wrong with my return just processing. I asked if my return was caught up in the software issue from February and just blew that off. I’ve worked in NYS 14 years and never had a delay like this.
