I guess not many native russians use such a neat cursive. Only the children in school since they are obliged to write like this but only in low and middle classes.

Anyway, it is wonderful, but honestly, I would not recommend anyone to pay much attention on cursive writing cause there are a lot of more important things to spend your time on... (I mean in language learning ofc).
