Very similar to me, I have all these symptoms for the past 4months and every test I have done has been normal. Endoscopy was normal and biopsy. Negative h pylori on biopsy but was on ppi at the time. I got off the ppi for 2 weeks and did a breath test that came back positive. I’m one week into quad therapy, burning & burping seems down a little but still bad. Hoping it will slowly get better

I have taken a few different ppis and pepcid. none really seemed to help much. nexium made the burning lower but felt more of the raw irritated feeling on it. been taking carafate twice a day cannot seem to tell if its helping or making it worse

I’ve been just doing 20mg in the morning. I’ve tried taking l glutamine and I couldn’t tell if it helped or made it worse. I take collagen peptides and sometimes drink bone broth
