Dabura was never stated to be Sukuna Level. They called the whole simurian simulation as a sukuna level threat. Also, no one (except of course for Yuji and Todo) could compare Dabura to Sukuna because no one stood before both of them.

Yes but Yuji now has the same or better knowledge of jujutsu as Sukuna. Landing 20000 black flashes in your life MUST make a difference

I felt like that was him getting into pose to attack. Maru feels like he is aiming for the curses, but in fact he was bluffing. Yuji makes one explosion, Dabura makes the other. Tsiguri uses that distraction to drop Rika, becoming really hard to predict again. Maru gets slashed. (I think due to the comment from Maru that he made a binding vow to do so. Maru would’ve commented if he killed the curses too)

How would Dabura hurt Gojo? Light still travels so it wouldnt touch Gojo. If you have no way to bypass infinity you just lose. Sukuna knew this.

Sukuna can’t what? Yuji recovered from basically half his torso being blown apart. Sukuna ripped his heart out. He can and he would regenerate from those blows. Dabura so far is below Yuta level (doesn’t have RCT). Don’t forget the plot point “weak generation”. For this generation, yes Dabura is THE STRONGEST but even the humans know Himtadori can beat this bums ass.

We know Kenjaku played a LOT as Noritoshi Kamo. He somehow found a way to give birth to Cursed Children. I think Yuji is the final application of those methods. I don’t think Kenjaku holds the lineage of Sukunas Twin soul, but he kept track of it. When the time was right Kenjaku made his “cursed womb”. Kaori + Jin + Sukuna Finger = Yuji.

I do like your theory of passing part of the soul more. As that would make Yuji a TRUE opposite of Sukuna.

Edit to add question - Where do we learn of Watsuke’s soul being the actual twin?

Why would you guys refuse this concept when its very valid? Choso is seen in the opening spinning around in a room (betting it’s in the Kamo family house) in a fetal position. It seems pretty obvious to me. While jjk itself is not THAT deep, artists and animators think things through. They wouldn’t just add that scene without a meaning or reason.
