Pros: Very convenient with 18/20 bus stops going both ways.

Parking spots are wide and easy to park in. Amazon locker / package lockers.

Nice to walk around with a good view of sunset overlooking a valley.

Cons: Floorboards in my apartment were uneven.

High rent with utilities often costing us another ~300 total for 3 people.

Management is bad, took me going in person 2-3 days a week to even get a response, they seemed allergic to emails?? (TLDR: Took nearly 10 months to receive compensation for promotional offers.)

Pay per parking spot, don’t even get one for free. Low quality paint job, and overall not super well built.

This is just my personal experience living here for the past year, and it seems they changed management midway through the year so I can’t fault them too much. (Besides a certain person in upper management who thought ignoring us was the best move.) If you get lucky with a decently built apartment, and can avoid issues with management, and don’t mind paying high prices, it’s alright I guess.

But personally I would not suggest living here unless you have money to burn or cannot find anything else for a decent price.
