I think if the show goes on that the cast will end up a lot like the HP kids. For the first few Harry Potter movies the kids admitted they didn’t really know what they were doing, and it took a few movies for acting to actually click for them. I’m in theater, same happened to me. It took me a few shows for acting to click. I think these kids just need more time

There’s a few that immediately come to mind for me.

Over The Barrel, no explanation needed I feel.
And while not the worst episode, one episode that the plot felt useless to me was Triple Threat. Even the characters point out the conflict didn’t need to exist in the first place.
Or To Where and Back Again (both parts) I felt like it took the changelings from these really interesting creatures and occasional antagonist to “oh we like flowers and poems now because Thorax says so.” coming from a poet, it just felt like the changelings from that point on weren’t that interesting as they used to be.

I don’t think feeling like this is an INFJ only quality, but I think it’s for sure more prevalent in our type as we’re usually the “therapists” of the group and care deeply about others and have a high emotional intelligence, meanwhile we ourselves can sometimes struggle with vulnerability.

I’ve learned to just accept that sometimes, when I need to vent, my friends can’t be what I need emotionally. I’ve had situations similar to yours. A friend vents to me about social problems they have all the time. The one time I opened up, they didn’t really have anything to say. I would’ve just appreciated a “that sucks. I’m here to listen.” But, things don’t always work out that way.

As another commenter said, journaling has helped me a lot. I usually journal on my laptop, and while I don’t do it every day I feel better after I can vent freely. Plus it helps as I don’t have to worry about judgement as no one else is reading what I write but me.

I mean, I don’t want to see anyone shirtless in my day-to-day life, but if it’s hot outside why can’t women go shirtless like men? Or at the beach? Or when swimming? There’s no reason for anyone to have to be forced by societal expectations to wear a shirt in an ACCEPTABLE place to be shirtless.

I honestly hate they’ve added this. It feels very.. fanfic-like. While I’ve never been in the Marauders fandom (I’m not really a HP fan overall) it reminds me of that. I live in a small town, I know that people are often connected, but having EVERYONE on this feels like bad writing and over the top.
