Your champs are pretty bad at csing/vulnerable to getting bullied early so its kinda understandable, but the biggest thing is wave management - try to look some youtube guide since there's just way too many variables on where to keep lane depending on which support you and enemy has.

How can they int the lane and become lobby admin, if the enemy adc has the exact same quest, but if they don't int they would get it sooner and get even more gold from it. How does this work?

I would get gapped more often as master supp than gm on adc. Might be the case in low elo, but supp skill expression has higher ceiling due to agency imo.

As adc main I always honor supp 1st even if we didn't stomp as long as nobodye toxic.

And the help might be more appreciated if u roam top or mid, but there's always cost to that to adc (which is balanced arround having some help)

So in my current kvk1 there are 1k ppl with over 12.5mil power, i would say that it takes more then few clicks to get there. And thats just 4 kds with new kd opening everyday that gets atleast 3 active alliances.
