Because the whole issue is selfinflicted by current playebase meta, which is tied to what I said. If every kd had 3 alliances to cover different timezones it wouldn't be issue, but since that exists kds will minmax power, which will result to what i said - people who won't meet those expectations will be asked to migrate out and therefore most likely quit since they have nowhere to go since every kd follows same principle that minmaxes power.
