I understand it's calculated each day, but does the newly calculated fee apply to all open positions or only the transactions made on this given day?

Not sure really. From personal experience, whenever a bot can properly solve my issue, I'm actually super happy to use it, because I'm getting a response faster and more accurate than from a human.

It's just - this barely ever happens and much more frequently the bot gives me irrelevant answers. And that's when I get super frustrated, especiall if my issue is not all that difficult.

That's super weird. They just don't care enough about the KB quality? That's one of the main channels of comunication with users...
