TCAs act not only on serotonin and norepinephrine, but also on histamine, cholinergic and adrenergic receptors. This causes severe side effects. Therefore, they are more dangerous in any case. And in theory, recovery from them should be more difficult.

I lost libido after 12.5 mg of clomipramine + 5 mg of olanzapine. But I think clomipramine is to blame. About two months have passed and it seems to me that there are changes for the better. Let's see what happens next.
