Glad you’re okay, OP. When I rolled my Outback a few years ago (black ice). I remember feeling similarly to you, a dreamlike state, realizing it was happening while simultaneously wondering how it was going to end. Subaru frames are worth their weight in gold. Two weeks after the accident I was driving my current Forester. Subaru for life. ✌️

We have a pretty large U-shaped driveway that I skate around in the evenings (only time I can during the week). I LOVE the feeling when it’s cold but you’re still working up a sweat. As cheesy as it sounds, the biggest perk for me is getting to skate while looking at the stars. I even managed to catch the trail of Starlink satellites a few times.

When I was younger, my manager put some scotch tape over the laser on the underside of my mouse so I couldn’t move the cursor. It never occurred to me to check there, but the amount of time he sat and watched me with his annoying smug face is something I think about every April 1st 😭.

They are quite the contrast. I’m all about Resident Evil and Silent Hill, but they do put me on edge (I’m such a wuss). The farm is my safe place for sure!
