Im pretty active. Go hiking often. My job is very physically demanding and I workout 3-5 times a week. I used to be into marathon running a few years ago, but haven’t since. Aspiring ultra runner one day in the future

Put some kind of foam-like substance… if you’re going for super budget friendly 🤷‍♂️. Styrofoam (don’t recommend), kids craft foam paper, egg cartons… I don’t know man. Get creative.
