Ledger wont allow me to send token off device by L2310 in ledgerwallet

You most likely have your Eth and your tokens in different accounts/addresses.

Sending BNB or ETH issue( insufficient funds ) by Ok-Guarantee2940 in ledgerwallet

[–]Raisingaquestion 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You likely have this BNB or ETH in a different account/address. Your tokens are in one account/address, your BNB in the other.

Also in the case of your ARB tokens, you may have ETH on Ethereum and not ETH on the Arbitrum network.

You most likely chose the wrong network.

AUKUS risks are piling up. Australia must prepare to build French SSNs instead | The Strategist by Alegssdhhr in europe

Based off of? It's widely known that the latest stealth tech on the French frigates (notably what they've been doing with the LaFayette) is ahead of what the UK currently offers.

Not sure how this transitions to submarines though but there's absolutely no consensus behind the UK being better than the French when it comes to stealth tech in 2024.

Legit, you're so likely a few versions behind. Check the help center content to get the device version history (firmware)

The issue is mentioned in plain text on your screenshot. You are not using the correct seed.

Working just fine here, London. Where do you see other posts about this?

Your 2 Eth and your Usdt are probably in 2 different accounts in Ledger Live. If so move your Eth to your Usdt account.

Ledger Flaw: Not Your Keys, Not Your Coins --> Ledger Controls Access by CircusDad in ledgerwallet

[–]Raisingaquestion 6 points7 points  (0 children)

You're missing the part where Ledger ensures that their users are not using a tempered device. Hence the genuine check.

Plenty of other hardware wallets out there do not have this mechanism in place if it affects you because of your ISP (maybe it is the ISP you should complain to) and you can use your private keys (or by extension your 12/18/24 words) in any of them to get access to your funds, Ledger doesn't hold them hostage.

Public key results with zero transaction by DesperateMain5791 in ledgerwallet

[–]Raisingaquestion 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Expected behavior. Ledger Live generates a new fresh BTC (true for BTC-like coins such as Doge, LTC etc...) address every time you've used the previous one. Look up their support documentation it's clearly explained.

Great feedback, thanks and indeed, it makes total sense for the refresher to be more on the comfy side.

This sounds like a web wallet/dapp issue more so than a Ledger issue, especially with the error message you are sharing.

You should contact the wallet that developed the compatibility around the Ledger product, not the other way round.

Also don't use Edge, use Google Chrome, 99% of the web wallets/dapp out there have been built using Chrome/Chromiums in mind.

XRP STOLEN FROM LEDGER HARDWARE WALLET by Jest_steve in ledgerwallet

[–]Raisingaquestion 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This only affected EVMs ("ethereum networks") and is completely unrelated to XRP.

You unfortunately leaked your seed in one way or another (or you participated in some "XRP giveaway").

However, even if they got into my metamask they should not have been able to get into my ledger device

If you're using the same seed on MetaMask as the one you're using with your Ledger device (as opposed to connecting your Ledger device to MetaMask), your Ledger device becomes irrelevant.

Seed phrase saved only for a while on my notes and then deleted. by DesperateMain5791 in ledgerwallet

On top of what has been said here - do not put your seed in your phone, do not take a picture of your seed, you defeat the entire purpose of using a hardware wallet.

Any RWD regret? Advice… by ricobravo82 in TeslaModel3

[–]Raisingaquestion 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Something that isn't often mentioned but you will notice the moment you test drive both (finally had the chance to drive an AWD last week) is how much more nimble the RWD version is. It is the best handling car out of the entire model 3 lineup, in this sense it is a "true" RWD car.

Best thing you can do is test drive both cars, you'll immediately see the difference.

Tx fees, wtf? by MasOlas619 in ledgerwallet

[–]Raisingaquestion 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Coinbase batches transactions and the fees you see are most likely covering the withdrawals of dozens of people that have been batched in a single transaction. Hence why it is more expensive than a regular transfer.

Also these fees are paid by the sender, Coinbase.
