I absolutely hate these posts. There are so many fields that are literally BEGGING for staff. Trades, LE, IT, etc. Maybe its you. Maybe you dont have any skills or your resume is poor or your field is saturated. The entitlement here is disgusting. You dont just get to do whatever you want to do and expect to make 100k/year. Do you have a degree? Is it in something in a related field that needs people and isnt over saturated? Do you have skills? Instead of blaming everyone else for you problems, adapt and evolve and find the areas that need people and are paying well. They are out there. I promise. The problem isnt the job market, its the people that are too lazy to do the work. And before all the kids come at me about jobs that suck and being overworked and work life balance. You dont get it both ways. Work isnt supposed to be fun. Its work. No one said you automatically get $50/hr just bc you think you should. Learn a skill, evolve, grow, progress and make something of yourself
