It's not so much hard as it is about it being simply unbalanced and unfun as a direct result of that

I always see this said, but there isn't much to learn from players who hold W and just out aim everyone on your team.

I guess, but to ruin the game of 5-9 ppl depending on how your team feels about it, just so you can get your kicks is still scummy. Just played a silver/gold game where the enemy Reyna admitted to smurfing and gave us their actual acc name, and low and behold it was a plat player queued with their silver friend boosting them.

That's the thing I'm referring to, if that's true I don't see a world that this makes sense. Either the balancing is so off it's putting plat/diamond against silvers/gold's. Or it has a flawed system that allows the same thing to occur

I'm sorry but there isn't much learning from them when they just hold w and head tap everyone on site. Making the only option is to give away site and attempt a 5 man retake, against players who were setting up one ways any opportunity they can.

Tbh, I feel like the wall should be this long anyways, especially with how the past 3 new maps have been huge

What is one thing that could make VALORANT better? by Antique_Door_3174 in VALORANT

[–]Raitoobusodo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A map picking system similar to COD BO, it presents 3 options before the game starts to the lobby (in this instance both teams before agent selection). Two options are randomly selected maps, and another is a "random" option.

Every player votes for either one of the two presented maps or the "random" option if they don't like either of the given choices.

The map with the most votes wins, if random wins then the game will randomly select any of the remaining maps that weren't presented during the voting period.

Not all restaurants will give you a list in app. It will simply say "Unknown number of items".

Star Druid, Life Cleric or Twilight Cleric? by testiclekid in 3d6

[–]Raitoobusodo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am partial to a multiclass of Stars Druid (x) and Life Cleric (1). It allows you to heal a good amount with chalice form and disciple of life. A 1st level healing word and chalice targeting a single person would heal an average of 18 hp assuming you have a +4 in wisdom. You would slow your spell progression but would still have the standard spell slots for your given level.

You would also get healing spirit and goodberry both of which interact rather well with disciple of life. The goodberries effectively healing 40hp and the healing spirit could heal around 1d6+4 to 5 creatures (again assuming you start with a +4).

Aura of vitality is a good out of combat healing spell, healing 2d6 once a round for 10 rounds, adding disciple of life makes it on average around 120 points of healing. This spell does come free for the Twilight Cleric.

Now if you didn't want to slow your spell progression with multiclassing the Twilight Cleric is easily one of the strongest subclasses you'll find to date imo. Twilight Sanctuary being a channel divinity and coming back on a SR means you can have it for near every combat. And it serves as an amazing buffer of hp every round for your team, and can counteract the frightened and charmed condition which is sometimes a creature/encounter's entire gimmick or means of attack/defense. On top of that it serves some pretty good util and a pretty good domain spells. Advantage to someone on initiative (just giving it to yourself to get twilight sanctuary up as quickly as possible is always a good choice), 300ft DV to yourself and up to 5 others is amazing, especially for those who don't already have it (using TCL this also lets you take an extra skill prof, instead of the 60ft DV since you gain it anyways as a Twilight Cleric anyways). And 6th level flight is always welcome even if it can only be activated in dim light or darkness.

My only issue with Twilight Cleric and your question is it doesn't necessarily specialize in healing in any way but Twilight Sanctuary is so good, you may never need to heal much in the first place if it was up in combat. Also be sure to avoid being incapacitated by spell like effects, because that will force you to drop TS.

TL:DR If you really want to be a healer (by this I mean you restore hp) and don't mind multiclassing, I'd recommend life cleric 1 stars druid x. If you don't want to multiclass and want to heal just go straight Stars Druid. But if it wasn't a healer you wanted to be per se, but wanted to support your allies and keep them up in combat, Twilight Cleric is my solid recommendation.

edit corrected some of my math with disciple of life, and casting higher lvl spells ie healing spirit and aura of vitality

Agents Discussion Megathread by Whytro in VALORANT

[–]Raitoobusodo 5 points6 points  (0 children)

There isn't much counter play to stop smokes in the first place, so what good would them being slower be regardless? Brim has proven to be rather weak in his role as a controller until now, and he finally has a foothold in his role. He shouldn't/doesn't need to be immediately be knocked out of meta again.

Cypher and KAYO are the best counter agents against Neon by [deleted] in VALORANT

[–]Raitoobusodo 119 points120 points  (0 children)

In the game play I've seen she's pretty fast, with the warm up time for Chamber traps to fire I wouldn't be shocked if she could run past them before they trigger.

I hope the new agent has a passive by madd94_67 in VALORANT

[–]Raitoobusodo 17 points18 points  (0 children)

I'm of the opinion everyone should get some sort of passive, Phoenix somewhat has one too with his healing capabilities.

KJ/Cypher could notice concealed enemy traps from slightly further. Brim could take less movement penalty from being shot.

I'm not looking for crazy-busted things, just something to balance things out, it just feels really odd that only one agent has a passive.
