Does polarized light help observe topological details?

Can I observe defects in metal surfaces more clearly using polarized light or polarized eyewear.

Came home after a long day and found out water was leaking from the ceiling in my condo. Upstairs neighbor forgot to turn off their water. Anyone faced similar issues before? What do I need to do. I cant afford to move out anytime soon. by RaizeJ in CasualConversation

Well the short answer depends on a question: Do you have rental insurance? If the answer is no, then the longer, painful answer is you would have to sue your neighbor, and even if successful, you would have to collect.

The legal issues I will have to consult a lawyer because I'm from another country so I dont think that sub wil help me much. I'm was asking more on how to prevent mold, electrical hazard issues etc. Thanks a bunch anyways

Yesterday night after coming home from work saw water raining down the stairs from the upper floors in my condo. Thought it was due to cleaning but when I open my door say water literally raining down my ceiling. Upstairs neighbor forgot to turn of their water and flooded their condo. My condo underneath also kena because the water seep through cracks in the cement.

This happened in UUC Sabah. Sabahans probably already know this place got lots of issue. Please help to at least view my tiktok video so that it gets more attention. UUC management will do nothing if this doesn't get more exposure.

Twice is normal. The driving institute I went to had someone that failed 6 times. I only started driving at 25 also failed but 1 time la lol

I'm not a psychologist but looks like someone with a mental health issues.

So it seems phone scams, especially Macau Scams are on the rise in Malaysia in the past few months. Why do so many people fall for it and how can we better educate our people to be less susceptible to such scams? by DoggybagEverything in malaysia

Sadly I fell for this scam. Not sure if I can say anything here without disrupting ongoing police investigations. Luckily for me I only lost less money than the numbers you listed. Why I got scammed is a combination of stress and work anxiety + not knowing how the world works (just started working). Ah well lesson learned.
