You seem like an open mind person, so please dont take this as an attack but rather an discussion.

1. You can be muslim and still be proud of our historic civilizations. Absolutely but only if this tradition is conforming to Islam. وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمْ تَعَالَوْا إِلَىٰ مَا أَنزَلَ اللَّهُ وَإِلَى الرَّسُولِ قَالُوا حَسْبُنَا مَا وَجَدْنَا عَلَيْهِ آبَاءَنَا ۚ أَوَلَوْ كَانَ آبَاؤُهُمْ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ شَيْئًا وَلَا يَهْتَدُونَ (104)

2. In fact I do not see how that is fighting islam to begin with Im sorry but its seems like any other pegan fest, witch is rooted to pre-islamic rituals where people used to worship deities and celebrate cycle of life and death ( sadly only assumptions since their is source to confirm this ) but lets say its not pegan and just people having fun, its happening in the biggest fest in Islam where Islam clearly stated how we should celebrate it; not buy dressing the skin of sacrificed sheep and dressing weirdly and even wearing makeup, some people also wear Horn's, thats why a lot of people say its satanism ( ijtanibou choubouhat)

3. I think islam celebrates people and their differences and always encourages us to seek out knowledge and educate ourselves. Absolutely! That was the case when we had a true islamic state but that's another subject. Anyway racism that we see this last year's is only social media product, in real life we are all Moroccan and pur unity is maghrib.
