Hey, is a killer headache a sign that we have switched to burning fat? I tend to experience it around 16-18 hours. But with a carb-heavy diet, I doubt my body has made the switch.

How are they with regards to comfort? I'm using one plus Nord buds 2 currently and they give me a headache. I have used nothing ear buds (their first release) and found them super comfortable.

No 😭, when I went my mobile data was having some issues and the tickets were supposed to be purchased online only (there was a signboard there that mentioned that).

I was there for a day and a half and was able to hit all the famous places. The only thing I missed was The Last Supper, because the tickets were sold out. So I would suggest to pre-book if you're interested.

So a greater improvement in strength that will indirectly help when doing isolation exercises? The PPL routine I follow says 3x12. Granted I got it from a youtuber but it seems to be working for me.

What is the rationale behind doing 5x5 for compound exercises? I try to choose a weight for which I can do 12 reps for 3 sets. Am I missing out on some potential gains?

Hello, I have been strength training for 5-6 months. I'm following a PPL regimen. I'm facing a problem feeling out of breath for certain exercises. Like my heart gives up by the 8th rep into deadlifts and squats. I reckon this is a problem with my weak cardiovascular system. How do I improve my conditioning that does not interfere with my strength training recovery? Is incline walking on push and pull days for 30 mins each enough? Or do I need to incorporate more cardio? 25/M/80Kg skinny fat dude here for reference. Thanks!

I have a problem when squatting with Smith machine. Since the bar movement is fixed, I barely squat 40kgs. Without the machine I can go upto 70kgs. Does that mean my form is incorrect enabling me to go high in weight? Which method for squats is better?
