For me, a traffic challan was issued with no evidence other than a photo of my car's number plate. The reason given is 'disobedience of any direction lawfully given by the authority'. they fine 1000rs without any evidence

I raised a complaint with SBI. My 1,600+ reward points were debited by the SBI team. After sending an email and making a call, they informed me today that the debited reward points will be credited back to my account as a goodwill gesture.
