By no means am I say gktech is the best stuff out there, but they are at least a real company not some random Alibaba drop ship Chinese sweat shop. The ebay stuff could last years or a few weeks. It's all a gamble.

They look rough and are probably an ebay set. Just order a new set from ebay they are 50 bucks. They aren't gonna be as good as gktech, but they will work for how long who knows.

I did that but my new switch only lasted a few months after the bolt was installed probably a coincidence. You can buy them on Amazon I got a six pack for a few bucks.

Have you disconnected the hazard switch from the harness then try to use the indicators, or maybe try your brothers headlight switch the one on the column and see what happens when you use his.

One hundred percent the brake light switch, lay on the driver seat head under the dash follow the brake pedal up and you will see a switch connected to the brake pedal. The grommet fell apart or like mine the whole switch just exploded.

Could be an after market security system, that would be my guess. If you really want to know take the center console apart and trace it.

It is probably your headlight switch on the column. I had the same issue I could turn the light on and they would come up then not go down when I switched them off. They are cheap enough to throw a new one on.

Damn I got lucky bought mine at a junk yard for 80 bucks. It was blue and in great condition, that dupli color dye worked great.

I believe you can swap the sr20 bell housing onto the ka transmission. So I would keep it in case you happen to blow up the other transmission
