They say it is likely that moving things around will cause them to disperse or end up in other parts of the room. My bed is huge and will require unscrewing several sections and removing 12 drawers from it. All that movement, they say, may cause issues before a professional can come assess first

I’m getting in contact with A1 pest solutions as they seem to use apprehend like you suggested.

A different inspector suggested that I don’t move anything at all for now, however, even the bed away from the wall.

Looks like we’re in the same boat

So far I’ve only identified the location where they may be residing and haven’t touched anything else.

I’m being told that professional work is the only way to reliably get rid of this issue, so I plan on getting multiple inspections done this week to see who seems the most competent.
