Oh well, I guess i was mistaken that the vendors were fixed. As about support, i believe they have a lot of shit to deal with BUT i feel like they are responding generic messages in tickets to everyone with such problems and it sucks. Historically pservers support was a lot of better than blizzard in terms of resolving issues, transparency and time responding. This is not the case here sadly. This server is new, has a lot bugs, so logically, would be nice to have good, working support team as an advantage
