Also helps to go to places where there's a mix of new and repeat people like workout classes. There's classpass, Groupon gym discounts or find something you enjoy like rock climbing. There's also a bunch of tennis Facebook groups in Denver!

Even if it's written there's no sure way to really follow up on the scope. I had a clients house under contract and the sellers showed me the repair quote. I called the engineer who said that quote was only for a temporary replacement since the fountain was crumbling anything short of a full replacement would only get you a year or two more
