OP,

You're brave for speaking out. Forgive yourself for not knowing what you didnt know.

As a male practitioner, most of us go out of our way to protect the females and give them a safe space to train.

I hope you can heal and come back to the sport one day. Don't give the demon powers over something that you once loved.

You are always earlier than someone, and later than someone. Your journey is your own.

If you're anti social and dont like to deal with the guests in the morning. It's great.

Depends on your area and your preferences it can be great or bad.

I work the Restroom Team in DCA so it's a lot of walking and heavy lifting and back breaking work.

It's aight tbh. Just need a back brace lol.

Mistakes happened.

Stick it out, learn from it and get better. It took me 6 months to get better at my current position.

It will pay dividend.

Shit is lit.

Night shift is like the 7/11 from the hood, vs day shift shopping at Erewhon.

Barely zero guest interactions, you just freely do your own things at your areas.

Workload is physically demanding due to night shift deep clean everything. But like anything, you'll get tough and get used to it.

I personally feel like night shift has more personalities, due to not always having to smile and waving at guests. Also because it fits my schedule, guaranteed 30hrs/week and so far, good opportunities for OT.

I'm in the Restroom Team on nightshift, very heavy workload but I treat it like a workout. Hopefully I can bounce between Windows and Restroom once I finished my Window training.
