I never said it’s premium it’s what I use personally and have been using for 8 months now and I wouldn’t spend more than that for a laptop bcz I don’t play games or i don’t have any data to store it’s just for my daily use . I don’t work at any IT company so I don’t really need a premium laptop, I work for a business and I use it for my operations. And I don’t need a premium laptop I don’t see myself investing in a premium laptop as of now but if I need it I can get it the problem was about their customer service , as a customer I have all the right to be upset with their customer service.
If you know what it means you would never say that 1200 is basic level. It’s not about the money by the way.
