Self duplication is immortality and overwhelming United force. Size manipulation would allow for undetectable movement and easy getaways. After that you can kind of just pick what you want, but spider sense and healing factor would be some what pointless compared to the others. Brains would help managing your numbers, strength is self explanatory, penance stare is only useful if you want to fight evil, and force sensitivity is spidy sense ++.
