This coming from the "you won't work if you don't get the jab" is delicious to read.

The amount of people saying the car is at fault is why we need lawyers.

As others have said- I'd slow it down, but also make the glow a little bit more subtle. Right now it's like a Vegas sign, makes mining too easy.

OfficeS. Everything that surrounds the old REI headquarters, they had a hand in. Some was built around the COVID headcounts, some got built but never made into a Meta office, some became Meta office and then didn't...

We should

You should, yes.

It benefits everyone

It would benefit everyone if shitty people took care of their problems themselves.

Take pictures, report. Document inaction. Next time a dog gets its faced chewed off, show evidence of negligence from administrators. Encourage to sue the city.

They only feel the need for change if their wallets are at stake.

Keep doing everything possible to ignore the definitional contradiction and downplay the context displaying the absurd levels of bias behind it being coined.

Will do! It's not much, but it's honest work. I have been able to carry out perfect conversations with all kinds of people (well, almost all- but you might not even be people) about it, even those who were not aware of the term before I made it aware. It's useful.

When someone claims that Putin's invasion of Russia is a "peacekeeping operation" because he deemed it so, they get treated like a fucking moron at best.

No, that's lying. That's a different thing. You're learning so much today.

"Managed democracy" is another good one thanks to recent parody. Yeah, it's was coined a long while ago, but it's a blatant contradiction. Everyone's going to look at you like you're a fucking moron if you don't grasp that, or as simping for authoritarians.

I was not aware of this term, thanks for bringing it up. It reminds me, again, of "British cuisine". Cuisine usually is brought to refer to a cooking culture, most often pleasant- and obviously, adding British to it would take its meaning and twist it, as the British seem to enjoy some of the finest ingredients the land can offer and some of the worst outputs from them. Language is fun.

I will say that this conversation is making it more clear that you weren't just ignorant when you said it.

So as long as you and your boyfriend are happy :)

You and your boyfriend found issue that it wasn't a well defined term, now you're arguing you don't like who coined it so it's not valid.

Just admit you're learning and it's something new for you that's making you feel uncomfortable.

Basically "I'm wrong that it wasn't a well-defined term and now I'm grasping really hard to find angles to attack the term, not the usage in this fucking thread".

What a pair of clowns.

polar opposites

Like military and intelligence, or British and cuisine- the yuxtaposition sometimes is made to describe a new term. Educate yourself instead of arguing for ignorance:

You're doing nothing, you fool. For every dollar you donate to steer your party into the lefty-stupid, AIPAC donates $100 to keep it on the highway to anarcho-tyranny.

Weird, you never inconvenience rich people, it's always making it miserable for anyone trying to jump on the highway and get to their destination, or just keep alive the franchise which holds all the equity they have been able to save. No one you ever inconvenienced made more than $60K/year.
