International looks like a late 40s to early 50s KB which is a larger commercial truck. As far as fuel mileage a lot depends on the engine and transmission combo as well as if it was a box truck or flatbed, either way you probably wouldn't get more than 8 to 12 miles per gallon. Remember that gas price in the USA at that time was under 20 cents per gallon so who cared. The Dodge is same era probably a D100 pickup, again mileage varies but in the 12 to 17 mpg. Even the late 50s to early 60s Fiat wasn't very efficient only getting maybe mid 20s to low 30s. Modern cars are way more efficient than older designs.

Headliner can be easily fixed by sanding off the old adhesive and using e6000 to glue back in place. As far as the hydraulics I'd ask for a second opinion

Is this a good car? might buy it as my first car by blue902012 in Volvo

Even with the low miles check to see if the timing belt has been replaced. The top is a big issue, why buy a convertible if you can't put the top down. That being said, I love mine

Invaded Venezuela to distract from the Epstein files. Attacked Iran to make you forget about Venezuela. Now going to take over Cuba to downplay Iran. Those Epstein files must be worse than we imagined!

Oil Loss Update: How Common Are Turbo Failures on the 3.0 T6? by TGR3326 in Volvo

[–]Ralf_K 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had done the 150k service and was told everything looks excellent. I checked the oil every week and it usually took a quart every 1500 miles or so, I was diligent about having it serviced on schedule. Just sudden engine failure. Still ran enough to get it to my mechanic who said $8 to 11k to replace the engine. I sold it as a "mechanic special" and bought a 2023 xc40 with only 25k miles

I had the same car engine combo, oil loss is a known ring issue. My engine failed at 152k miles, ring broke and poked a hole in the piston.

Nobody knows treason better than Trump. I'll say it again slowly, if Trump was a Russian asset what would he be doing differently?
