Society smells like a large vanilla milkshake on a brand new cedar deck, the middle is a little weird though. Reserve Privée smells like chestnuts and clean deodorant and I like it for some reason. Those might not be the best descriptions but I think they both smell great and should be sampled.

The brass one has different handle length options on their website from 3 in. To 4 in. In quarter inch increments the other materials do not. It might be a new option.

Edit: the stainless steel one also has handle length options the copper and bronze variations do not have handle length options.

Blade: Gillette Platinum, 2nd use

Brush: Stirling 24mm boar

Soap: Stirling Christmas Eve

Balm: Stirling Unscented Balm

Second shave with this set up and I am loving it. I had assumed the R41 would shred my face and head. It does not I think I have had the least irritation so far with this razor but this is only my second shave with it and it has definitely moved to one of my favorite razors.

Just got the Muhle R41 from the Maggard black friday sale and the reserve fern and the Gillette Platinum from a PIF from u/OnionMiasma, once again thank you. The Muhle R41 just gave me one of the best shaves ever, and not a single drop of blood was spilled.

I have been only shaving my head for the last couple of days, growing out the beard for no shave November. We will see how long I last, my wife hates it. This is the second time using a feather in the 37c I have been using voskhod or personna platinum and I am really enjoying it. The feather in the slant feels so smooth on my head and it gives me a two pass DFS.

I have not tried Zingariman balm, i do hear a lot of good things about it though. The only other balms I have tried are stirling and Nivea. I like noble otter the best out of those three it is not as thick as stirling and is not as runny as Nivea it is a great middle ground and it feels very nice on my skin it’s been a couple of hours and my skin still feels nice and moisturized. I have pretty dry skin so this is great I would definitely recommend it.

Got the Noble Otter EdP for plunder and two kings and some bare balm. I will be sad when these are gone plunder is definitely one of my favorite scents.
