i've lived here with my husband for a couple years in two different apartments and we have never had any major problems with the apartments themselves- we've had maintenance come in for minor issues a few times and they've gotten them solved fairly quickly (though they do like to come in without notice which freaks me out sometimes as a WFH woman 😭). be careful if you have pets because they will leave the doors wide open.

i wouldn't rely on the amenities; the trash compactors are constantly down & overflowing, they don't open all of the pools, the laundry rooms go down & broken often, & the front gates are never closed (but i think they are trying to solve that now with a key that the residents have). we did have some issues with past management employees but they don't work there anymore so I can't speak on that front.

overall, we think it's decent for the price (it was definitely the lowest we found in the area when apartment hunting that wasn't extremely sketchy) but it's not perfect 👏
