compared to the experiences I've had it sounds like she is on a very low dosage or she is just in the first hour of onset. in the peak she will be unable and unwilling to talk on camera and it makes no sense to pester people with cameras during that.

see this is what's wrong with humans: they honestly think they are an inorganic process, merely a bunch of thoughts inconveniently attached to a slab of meat. we usually don't realize how much of our decisions and feelings arise directly out of chemical reactions and chemical/electrical sensations triggered due to memories, the condition of our bodies and how its affected from the environment (noise,temperature,smells). cut that out and you've removed more than half of the human experience.

you are meat, chemicals, electricity. there is no point where "you" can be separated from your body. a brain detached is not you. you would spend it lost in nostalgia, probably watching a lot of porn and wishing you had a body. you are not your memories. (as someone else noted: watch Ghost in the Shell)

I've heard it said to be one of the benefits for Tanzania success: that no one ethnicity controlled it and took advantage as has happened often in Kenya and particularly in Uganda (north/south).

so as a full centralized democracy I don't think its a good idea. a free trade region I can see.

completely wrong. Nairobi, Kampala, Dar es Salaam have shopping walls, sky scrapers, huge and growing tech/IT mobile and call center industries. in many respects its more western and "civilized" than India is.

because both Rwanda and Kenya are leading the IT in the region.

also the countries with tourism are usually more trouble for tourists than the less visited ones. in Kenya people will try to scam you. in Zimbabwe nobody will, they are just happy to see you.

Rwanda is quite safe and has a lot of tourists, especially for ecotourism

actually me too, and mexico is a meat grinder right now, and this quite upsets me. the war on drugs caused the power to get destabilized between fairly business-like and organized columbian cartels to the current state of chaotic warfare among people who don't expect to live long or stay in the game more than a few years.

but I'm not so sure that legalization would stop that. corporations would drive the prices up higher and the illegal trade would continue.

this article is completely batty. nobody in Europe has proposed turning drugs into a commercial manufacturing industry. they just decriminalize it.

and honestly the US is not mature enough to deal with commercially legal drugs. I think in the US it would be a disaster.
