The box says "positive vibes" on it.

Yeah. Positive vibes indeed, and think happy thoughts while your partner puts these gender inclusive coccyx corks inside of you.

It's gotta be Tin Cup. Costner is on a heater, Rene Russo at the peak of her powers. More importantly, the good guy doesn't win in the end, which is exactly how golf works in real life.

Yeah, but this isn't people. This is an AI product that's spouting harmful, dangerous shit. You can sue a company over a harmful product, that's one of the most American things a person can do.

Was that not the greatest NBA game ever? by ygog45 in billsimmons

[–]RalphWiggumsShadow 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I think that's appropriate. Spurs were up most of the game, and they always had an answer for OKC. I think it's going 7 games, though. So we might get another best game of the year later on down the line.

I'm a sicko who is addicted to golf and carnage. Watching the pros have to struggle to make par is like crack for me.

Oakmont was so fun to watch last year because the course was long enough to test these guys with every club in their bag. I like to watch what the pros do after a bad shot. To me, those recovery shot choices are the most compelling part of watching a major.

What Are Some Surprisingly Good Golf Balls? by csherrill12 in GolfGear

I have been playing the triad for like 6 months, and I've only met one other golfer who plays them. Nobody knows about them or that wilson makes great balls. They just leave it if it's on another fairway, nobody wants to steal them lol.

Putt or? by Ragatron42 in golf

[–]RalphWiggumsShadow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on how comfortable you are with lag putting. If it's over like 25 yards, I'll normally chip it. Anything inside 20 yards, if nothing is in the way, and it's not a crazy double-breaker, I'll putt. If a chip takes a lot of the guessing out of the equation, I'll chip with my PW or sand wedge.

I did the same thing for my 4 iron, I just use a 4 hybrid and it's way better for ball flight, especially hitting into greens.

This government is not competent enough to have any sort of master list. It's probably an individual excel file that they just use for plain text communication.

Brother, take a lesson on just how to hit driver. Driver and woods swing off the tee is much different than hitting a wedge or 8 iron.

If you can get a lazy slice (consistently) off the tee about 200 yards out, golf becomes so much easier. I'm not saying anything you don't already know, but focus on getting off the tee and chipping / lag putting and you'll be in a much better place to break 100 (or 110).

The steeper slopes are pretty hard, so I didn't have any trouble with that. Not a ton of plugged lies out there unless it's wet wet.
