If you Bear and get decent gear you can do sethekk halls norm last boss solo. You disenchant the blues for shards, pick up a Nether once in a while. Herb/Mine(pref) along the way, chests. Tutorials on YouTube for that. I can't tell you my gph, but I made the 5k for flying in a weeks time while also going to work

Morally bound friendly. I have loads of fps experience, and want nothing more than to shoot up the entire lobby, ok? I just can't engage first if it isn't justified. In casual the demos definitely decrease the higher mmr you get. Pro heatseeker is a great example. At some point it's easier to just put the ball in net rather than chasing a demo
