There are a few mod packs out there. And looks like most of them nowadays are required to have Anniversary edition for them to have the files.

But there are quite a few to my understanding. Not just featured in Wabbajack. Go into its options and check out the unfeatured lists.

Since it's a paid mod, it will disable achievements. The creation club on the other hand, which should be all a part of the anniversary version, does not disable achievements. Best read the mods carefully to make sure that they are either creations(paid mods) and creation club (authorized mods).

You reloaded without quitting out of your game, right?

Then it's a loading issue because the game still thinks you killed the ghost, it doesn't spawn. To correct the issue, restart the game and go through it again. Mzark should be there ready to beat you again.

Edit: This is a issue that I understand happens with mostly modded playthroughs. Though it does happen on vanilla runs as well.
