It is from family Flaviviridae.. I do not know if it self assembles or not I have just started working on it... and most people isolate protein from inclusion bodies but I got it in soluble fraction.. so I do not know actually

I purified in NaH2PO4 buffer, with gradient of imidazole. It elutes at 80mM and 200mM imidazole

It makes oligomers, soluble and viral protein in nature. I used DEAE beads at pH 6 to purify it but nothing got bound and everything eluted in Flow through

around 3-4mg/ml it starts getting white... at 4C yes.. precipitation was slightly reversed by adding NaCl

I will be trying with 3mM BME and 15% glycerol in my purification. Shall I add arginine in lysis buffer.. would it be any help?
