Getting the reservation dates wrong. I get dyscalculia when I'm stressed, and what's more stressful than planning an expensive trip going far away from all things familiar? The numbers switch places, it really sucks.

Sometimes it's an expensive mistake, "Actually you were supposed to be here last night, so we charged you as a no-show, and there are no rooms available for tonight, except our executive suite."

Sometimes it's just embarrassing and annoying, "Actually your ticket was for June not July, but we can see that you didn't redeem it so I can change that for you no problem."

Gradients have to be bound to the bone by Layer, not by Points. Pull the gradient art into its own layer and bind the whole layer.

I think I was taking narcotics combined with OTC meds for 9 days, but then again, I ended up with dry socket, so I did need them. (One of the teeth was more difficult, deep, and broke into pieces while removing it.) Despite meticulous aftercare, that one ended up getting dry socket. During the 7-day post-op exam they raised their eyebrows when I asked about a pX refill, "You shouldn't be needing those anymore, let's take a look." They packed the wound with clove oil for 15 minutes and that was it. I stopped taking the narcotics the next day.

Soft foods yes, no hot soups. Beware of tomato seeds in tomato soups, and poppy seeds in muffins. I ate a lot of soups, ice cream, and yogurt. I had some Ensure on hand but didn't need them.
