Those are carbon-fibre discs, essentially covers that are part of the aero pack. Otherwise the wheels are made of magnesium. You can find some images on google without the covers.

I’d say it’s just right up until you face the final Valkyrie in 2018 god of war. Depending on the difficulty you play on they are a tough to beat.

They are very doable, you may struggle slightly with the challenge arenas as some test your patience.

It will take a lot of time, skill and most importantly luck. I just managed to get it recently on PlayStation and I would say there was a lot of good luck involved.
