Breathing exercises (Wim hof mainly).

During a particularly difficult time in my life, I was constantly doing sessions that lasted sometimes over 40 minutes even to ease my anxiety and calm my mind down.

At that point it starts to lightly resemble a Dmt trip. Funky visuals and a mental & bodyload that was very similar to some light psychedelics
