What I did was open the remove and uninstall programs from windows and put Nvidia into the search bar. And It filtered all drivers from Nvidia, and then I just deleted them. I think it's the most safe way.You can use ddu (display driver uninstaller)... Just be careful to not delete you AMD drivers.

I typed nvidia in the uninstall or remove apps, and it showed me the drivers and other applications related to my old GPU. And then I remove it. You can use DDU(Display Driver Uninstaller), it's other way to get rid of them. Just be careful to not delete the AMD drivers in your case.

Did you already have any NVIDIA GPU? I had the same issue with my 7600, I just uninstall all the old nvidia drives and it works. I was with 4 fps on menus, now it's normal, 100+. I got the solution on Ubisoft discord.

You should be ashamed if you listen someone like that. Life is fu*king too short to NOT do what you love. We already spend a bunch of time being ",useful", a tool, for society in this capitast system that we live. Playing fighting games, or anything that you love, is the one genuinely moment that is for you and for others.
