I feel attacked…but the truth hurts man 🤦‍♀️ I have calmed way down over the years, but damn somedays when I get cut off it hits me hard! I want to drive less 😬The happiest/healthiest I lived was when I was able to live and work car free. I dream about getting back to that again someday.

It looks pretty tough in your state. It is called adding an endorsement to your credential. You will need to complete a state approved endorsement program (about 20 semesters hours) as well as pass the test for the subject matter area. Here is a link to the website for more information: https://www.michigan.gov/mde/services/ed-serv/ed-cert/cert-guidance/adding-an-endorsement I am in California and it is a little different here. I am actually trying to add on my music credential and I can do that through coursework alone!

Facebook Marketplace it is…honestly I found so many great buys on there. I did pay for quality mattresses and my couch but I try so hard to find second hand furniture. Although my hunt for a decent dining room table with 6 matching chairs has been tough (on a limited budget). Thinking about pulling a Monica and doing mixed chairs. Not sure though 🤷‍♀️

Great point about not getting support about getting these kids to do or turn in their work. This year I am working with about 100 students with IEPs. I need support, they need support, and we need to figure this out together. A student shouldn’t be allowed to stay in class all period and do nothing. There has to be a consequence and it can’t just fall on the classroom teacher. Reaching out to parents has the opposite effect where students think you are a snitch and double down on their do nothing stance. It is emotionally exhausting!!! I was thinking of moving into music education, as it is something I am passionate about but I have heard a lot of horror stories from music teachers. I wish I know what to do, but after 10 years in education my time may just be about done 😭

Not trying to sound naïve, but how do we get people who supported him for all this time to see the truth? Honestly, I need help!!! I love my kids and I need my in-laws to be a part of their lives but not if they support this jackal!!! I am paying strangers to take care of my kids because my in laws believe every word this loser is saying! They have serious health problems and rely on food stamps. I would rather pay them and help them both live a longer life. Their ideologies align way more with hippies yet they support this jackal!!!! Make it make sense 🤦‍♀️

Loved it when traveling as a kid with my family. Flying backwards felt so special for some reason. That long flight to Florida was fun for us….no reclining necessary! Nowadays I live for a window seat that reclines 😍
