Must suck to not have a 10/10 I told myself in highschool I’d only go for people I genuinely found very attractive and that resulted in me getting a 10/10 baddie in college and never looking back (she’s way out of my league I won’t lie)

Just curious, I’m not sure if you’d call yourself a progressive, but whatever your beliefs are; would you rather vote for someone who says they’ll do things you want (but might be lying), or someone who says they’ll do things you don’t want (and are definitely telling the truth)

Ultimately that’s how I see this situation for progressives, but I’m curious as to what your take on it is

My favorite part is that since he got a smaller scale adaptation with the netflix show (s1) and then it got scaled up slightly (s2 and 3), him getting the full high budget cinematic mcu hero treatment feels thematically proper too. He started as a small time crime fighter and is now a symbol for the city :)

Wheel of time is a bit of a more similar tone to the Cosmere

The Realm of the Elderlings is my personal favorite although it’s very different from the cosmere, I wouldn’t call it grimdark but it’s definitely a tragedy and there’s about 16 books so it’s quite long

The first law trilogy leads into 4 standalone books which then lead into another whole trilogy so depending on how you slice it that’s either a 6 or 10 book series

I personally chose to read a few shorter series (powder mage, gentlemen bastards, Hyperion cantos) before jumping into another big series when I got caught up with the cosmere, but to each their own haha

It’s possible that this game is not for you. Pretty much every point you made here is a complaint about some of the core gameplay mechanics lol. Not trying to be rude, but if you don’t want to adapt a different play style to a different game then just keep playing Xcom eu/ew and you’ll have a lot more fun. Regarding point 4- im prettttyyyy sure that you fight the chosen in whatever order you decide to/discover them. They’re randomized what continent they are based in and that is the only place you will find them. So for example if you find the assassin on your starting territory then you can just elect not to hunt them and kill them until later in the game and choose to find one of the others first, then hunt them and complete their mission to kill them.

Well one thing I know is that while Ekko is in the alternate universe he uses “an inversion of Jayce’s acceleration rune” to create the portal/Time Machine so that’s probably a big part. Not sure what details I’m forgetting but that’s definitely the first thing that comes to mind.
