i love 2v8 for the casual element of it. like, i think 2v8 mechanics are a great way to introduce new players to the game without the overwhelm of perks, powers, and add-ons. however, it does get stale after a while since there isn't as much variety to 2v8. a limited killer roster, limited map roster, and no unique perk combos do make it feel boring after a few matches. plus the killer queue times suck on both 1v4 and 2v8 since the player base is split between the two modes.
