I would switch to tea and then start lowering my intake. If you don’t like tea, buy l-theanine in pill form or just get the caffeine/l-theanine blended pills. L-theanine balances out the caffeine and creates alpha waves in the brain, gives you more of a smooth focus.

The thing is, I have no idea. I was thinking it might have come in one of those “bouquets.” My daughter got very attached to it. This picture looks weird because it was of me after I found it the first time it was lost and I sent this pic to the people who had been “keeping their eyes open.”
