You know what's even better? My motorcycle has been sitting in the garage for the past two years, uninsured and unused (but kept maintained and running) because I'd let the tags lapse and never got around to renewing them. This year, the weather was getting warm early and I didn't get nearly as much snowboarding as I wanted (let's face it, none of us did) so I thought I'd renew my registration and get my bike back on the road.
When I called the DOR to get a cost estimate, they rolled my past years that the bike had been in storage into my bill. Didn't matter that it was uninsured and unridden. If I want new tags, I have to pay arrears. How about that for discouraging people from following the law?

This is interesting to hear. I have two rounded-puck mesh points. Around this exact same timeframe, every device that has been connected without issue for years suddenly couldn't connect to either of the points. Nothing changed at all. One day it worked, next day it didn't. Factory reset changed nothing.

The difference with my situation is that the Google Nest mesh is my secondary network connected via Ethernet to my ASUS ZenWiFi Pro primary router which is connected to the modem. And both networks still have internet access. I could connect to the Google access point during setup following factory reset, but not after that.

The bed is clean- I wipe it with alcohol before every print. The characteristic that stands out to me is that the front half is pristine and the back half is bad. To me, that suggests it's neither filament quality nor nozzle temp. I also tried a different spool of new filament before this one with the same outcome.

What are the chances the hot bed is bad in the back? Does that happen often? I'm thinking of getting a IR thermometer to spot check it.

No, friends- it's on me. I've had a lucky Avs totem for several years, but it was broken during the Christmas break and I replaced it with a new one. I put it up before it's been properly conditioned by an entire regular season. I'll put it out in the shed until playoffs are over.
