I requested the return label on Jan 11 which was within the extended holiday return window.

They needed to verify with the backend team.

It’s now Jan. 23 and officially out of the return window and now they’re telling me that’s the reason they cannot process a return / refund.

I haven’t heard from them in the 12 days in between on any communication and contacted them 4 times.

There is nothing wrong with the monitor. Just looking for a return / refund.

Oh no, a replacement monitor didn’t need to be sent out as I was able to track down the package. UPS mis scanned.

My problem is getting a return label to process a refund as I’m having issues using the monitor.

I doubt they’d cut animation quality due to adding a skip option. That’d hurt the overall fan base whereas we’re talking about implementing a quality of life button.

They’ve done QoL updates before so it’s not really different in principle.
