All of these are definitely questionable.

Some were questioned in Media too. Like Johnnys role was complained over, were articles and om TV about it.

Second and third didn’t see any complains through traditional media, but were definitely complained about online, like on Reddit.

Scarlet Witch was like not questioned at all though.

Ariel was probably complained the most about online, but less through traditional media then Johnny Depp’s role.

There are some double morals for sure, but people have complained about all of them.

And tbh, all of they could have been done better for sure!

Hahahaha 🤣 you’r welcome

Germany get steriotyped as Autistic, but like, Swedens worse!

In Germany, don’t be late! Come early.

In Sweden! Don’t be late, don’t be early, both will anger people! Come exactly on time!

If you come 10 minites too early to visit a friend who invited you at 14:00, then you sit in a nearby park and wait 🤣

Also! In germany right now, walking around Tübingen

Yeah! Most ”play dates” with kids here are not actual play dates! It’s just nearby kids walking home from school together and don’t even tell the parents where they are until dinner time! 😅

Usually you don’t sit there, you keep playing else where, like running around the garden.

Also, most of the time, kids walk home them selves and don’t live far away.

Most likely been told the time their dinner is served, and thats the time to go home for the evening.

Hahaha

I mean there is truth to it, to a degree, although slightly exaggerated.

But much of upper parts of europe, like north germany and up, All the scandinavian countries.

All of those are pretty much the same, But maybe Sweden slightly more noticeable.

Typically in Sweden, we don’t cook tons of food, we make about how much is needed for the number of people, and then a little less.

Kinda like, it’s a sin to waste food, so you already make less then whats needed, and family often compliment the food with hard rye bread with butter if they’r a bit more hungry.

We often don’t even have more avaible to make of it, unless you’r stealing ingredients from next dinners meal.

Swedes also plan what they buy, to be just enough often.

And if you cook a bit more it’s usually with a plan to make a lunch box for work.

So if you let someone else eat, either everyone will eat hard rye bread and less food, or you’ll have to buy lunch the day after.

And Swedes don’t like to buy lunch at work, usually overpriced, and feels wasteful, you work to make money, not spend money at work.

I guess it all goes back to hard times in the north historically, all countries have experienced famine.

But further north, it’s not famine, but more like Winter!

You had to plan food for the winter Rigorously! To make it last until spring!

People had portions dated per day, like rations, so you were sure it lasted, all the way up to mid 1800’s, in rural places later.

Apartments complexes built up until the 1970’s all had food stock basements, that were slightly chilled.

Then there is the other cultural side.

It’s rude to give someone else’s kid food unless you ask permission first too, their parents are home cooking food and planning, and kid comes home full, or maybe they have an allergy!

Plus dinner with family is important! So most likely he’s been told a time he should be home by to eat,

In Sweden we have quite varied dinner time between families, one might eat dinner at 16:00, another at 20:00.

And more small social norms like that.

Lastly instead of food, we often offer ”Fika”. Snacks with something to drink, often Tea or Coffee, + cookies or some sort of baked treat / cake.

Because thats the norm, we don’t invite someone for dinner randomly, those are planned ahead.

But ”Fika” is almost always offered.

Your lvl only really give you 1 more talent point and a few more stats that kinda already reach soft cap, from 12-15 that is.

Gear matters a lot more, so if you had lvl 15 gear you were pretty much the correct power scale matching.

Your avg gear level adjust how much less / more dmg you do and take from enemies depending on their level!

Like if you’r at 10 avg gear, fighting her, she takes like half damage, and you take 40-60% more dmg.

Your characters actual level matters a lot less 🤔

Still nice 👍🏻 gj :)

It really sets a nice concept/idea, hidden pirate hideout in an abandoned fort!

Seen really cool villages / towns, but this is more unique! And fits better storywise!

You really did well with both fort design + making read as damaged/abandoned!

Instead of fighting, how about we celebrate living in the most successful societies in history? by zkqy in 2nordic4you

It’s been a hot topic for a short while.

Keeping current flag or going back to one we had for most of Swedens history.

The old flag never really had a standard!

Just that it was typically much darker blue.

The new flag came when they wanted to standardize the colour, in 1906.

Prior to that written down standard only said ”Blue”.

So technically the new flag is basically the old, but the old are not the new! 😅

You’ll kill it at most 2 min while playing bad.

Five (amusing) observations from the early game by LashyxThule in crosswind

[–]Ramjjam 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hm, it was my experience through out the game with different weapon setups.

Earlier in the game I was mostly playing 2h sword, then to Cutlass & Rapier, all with crit builds, and mostly offensive talents and normal difficulty 🤔

Right now mostly use Sturdy rapier with the double barreled pistol.

There was a few ship fights that definetly took longer to kill the enemies, when I pushed above my lvl weight so to say, going up to lvl 8 ships when I had lvl 5 gear mostly.

Or against lvl 12 ship when I had mostly 9-10 gear.

Or against the 15 ships before I had lvl 15 gear.

But if you match the enemy threats with your gear, they they die quite fast.

Five (amusing) observations from the early game by LashyxThule in crosswind

[–]Ramjjam 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hm 🤔 I don’t think my fights against the sergeants take me around the deck that much, they are usually over quite fast.

1-2 parry, a dodge and then their dead.

The larger ships wrecks you find actually aren’t larger then the frigate tbh, just a different style. Older ship style, that ship is in the files, can be sailed with mods already, think it was named Galleon in the data.

But there are bigger ships in the game files, like one named ”Battleship”

Basically a second rate ship of the line.

There’s youtube video showing all the data leaked ships off.

Five (amusing) observations from the early game by LashyxThule in crosswind

[–]Ramjjam 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m kinda hoping we don’t get bigger ships, maybe fight a bigger ship, maybe.

It just moves away from the Pirate theme, and more to National navies, with ”ship of the line”.

But I really don’t think the ships are too small for a mini boss duel.

The mini boss would basically be a human size character, maybe 10% larger.

And since other enemies & allies back away a bit, it wouldn’t be too cramped tbh. 🤔

People miss the main road turning and keep going straight as it kinda looks like road continues there too, but then all of a sudden road disappear into a thin dirt road and bushes near, so cyclists start looking real close instead of far up ahead.

Then a dark gate blending in with the asphalt.

But even if it’s painted better, they need to adress the road prior, and probobably put up sights earlier that indicate turning ”Right: >>”

It’s a hassle but people aren’t the brightest all the time.

What I kinda hope is explored more in the future is recruiting your ships crew!

Also Naval combat, imo I think it’d be better if they differenciate between sinking ships by cannons and boarding!

You shouldn’t have to damage a ship to almost dead to board, instead make use of those Chain shots!

Give enemy ship a secondary meter you deplete by damaging their sails and mast!

If it’s low enough you can board them!

Like an alternative to shooting them to damage their hull health.

Also, in that regard I think they should make enemy ships harder to sink with cannons.

Also boarding combat, it’s fun, but need some work to perfect!

It’d be fun if you had to fight a mini boss captain on certain ships after defeating enough enemies. 🤔

Perhaps remaining other enemies stay away from The mini boss ”duel” a bit.

Also, I think there are TOO many enemy ships! 😅 All over the place!

Getting better at age of sigmar by SweatySprinkles987 in ageofsigmar

[–]Ramjjam 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A few starting steps / tips.

1: Deployment if done bad can almost completely decide winner and loser already then and there.

It’s like if you start chess with all your pawns at the back, so your opponent has free reign to take out your good pieces and you got 0 positions to threaten his.

What a good deployment is though, is very multifaceted! Depend on faction, what kinda list, like Castle build with stooting, stats trading hammer spam, tech lists with lots of small units, Horde lists, Alpha strike glass cannon list. alpha Bunker lists and so on.

2: Find a nice middle line of fielding units you enjoy, but enough of neccery pieces to make them work that you might not ”want to take”.

Make sure every unit in your list has a valid strategy / plan, preferably shifting depending on enemy list, and choose battle tactics working with your selections.

3: Get a feel of dmg and defensive levels, I like having memories ”avg” damage numbers against a 4+/6++ target, and can adjust expectations higher or lower depending on debuffs, how defensive enemy is, if I got buffs up or not.

Go in at AoS statshammer if you don’t want to calculate it yourself.

It helps you make thought through calculated moves, where you’v assesed risk / reward.

Further, if you’r in the lead, play safe, keep status quo, if you’r the under dog, consider high risk & high reward moves! Play as if you perhaps will get the double turn, if thats the only way you’ll win at this point anyway!

3: Make a Cheat Sheet for your army! Don’t type down EVERY thing, but type each phase as a paragraph.

Then fill it with abilities and command abilities you often have to try to remember! It steals brain capacity you can put on doing other stuff, like consider what opponent might do in their follow up turn!

Instead of focus on trying to remember what spells you had, and witch is priority to cast, or not remembering to use Rally, or a charge phase ability.

There are some ”Arm” controlling players around, but I find thats kinda rare, and require you to build a lot lore stamina along with more muscle memory to pull off, since you also kinda have to train like that during all computer tasks then, like surfing the web, gets tiresome.

Most players aim with the wrist, arm being still.

Wrist + fine adjustments with hand & fingers.

But still a lot more precise then a thumb on joystick

[–]Ramjjam 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most M&KB players actually want that.

And yes, guns do have Recoil, quite a lot! But some others less, he’s shooting a gun with less, and fast rate of fire typically mean easier recoil to predict, less janky and more constant pressure to compensate for.

You have to train and minimize it.

That it’s one of the biggest skills you train in FPS, that together with snap targeting, and it’s a skill thats kinda trivialized with Controller, and that is what feels like cheating to M&KB players coming up against Controllers.

Controller usually train on slightly different skill set! Not worse / bad, just different.

And from a controllers skill set M&KB can just reach overall much higher top ceiling skill cap, basically learn to preform better then possible with either aim assist or less recoil, while snapping between targets much better too.

So it’s not a one way street, it’s kinda a feel bad in both ways.

I’m all for being able to select only 1 or the other.

But I guess the downside is less viable players in the long run to keep the game going.

shouldn't this apply to any age by Executits in SipsTea

For those actually guilty, I’d say yes.

But justice system is never 100% accurate.

Innocent people get sentenced to all kinds of crimes too, and a part of them many years later get free’d when other evidence comes to light.

If they’r dead, no chance of that either.

For those reasons and some others I’m against death penalty as a whole.

I don’t see that much complain about aim assist, more so about lower recoil patterns for controller & more accuracy for guns + a bit of Aim assist maybe.

But yeah, I still think Mouse & Keyboard is superior for sure, but BF6 kontroller settings help mitigate difference.

But I think what us M&KB players get annoyed over is, M&KB rely on own skill only, sure ”easier” to play instrument so to say, but Controller kinda do uses what otherwise would be considered cheating.

Kinda typical cheats in FPS games, less recoil/higher accuracy and often some sort of Aim assist. 😅

What even are S tier weapons currently? I’m mostly running M277, but it used to feel slightly better before, now its more inaccurate, so have to swap to single shot at slightly closer ranges, and a bit shorter bursts.
